Support operations with administrative and logistics tasks including data entry, order fulfillment, inventory and shipment coordination, KPI and report generation, vendor invoice verification, PO creation, and urgent order coordination to ensure accurate system transactions and operational compliance.

Support daily billing and invoicing processes: generate invoices in Oracle JD Edwards, verify job charge sheets, manage billing templates, respond to customer billing queries, maintain invoice filing, and coordinate delivery of original tax invoices and documents.

Oversee daily transport operations including route planning, fleet utilization, driver supervision, and TMS-based dispatching. Monitor KPIs, resolve delivery issues and escalations, ensure safety and policy compliance, produce operational reports, and coordinate with warehouse and customer service for efficient deliveries.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Executive Assistant and Country Head, managing calendars, meetings, travel, expense claims, filing, event logistics, stakeholder liaison, office procurement, and preparing meeting materials and minutes while maintaining confidentiality.

Manage and execute inventory, warehouse and fulfillment activities in various warehouse types. Perform skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks, follow standardized routines, resolve routine issues within guidelines, and escalate non-routine problems. Work under supervision with on-the-job training and limited initial business knowledge.
