Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory, shipment, and warehouse supply activities while liaising with customers, operations teams, vendors, and transporters. Lead day-to-day security operations at a distribution centre, supervising contracted security staff, managing command centre and CCTV/systems, handling incident response and investigations, ensuring compliance with Maersk security standards and frameworks (TAPA/CTPAT), conducting audits and risk assessments, coordinating visitor/VIP and event security, and driving continuous improvement and SOP governance.

Support operations with administrative and logistics tasks including data entry, order fulfillment, inventory and shipment coordination, KPI and report generation, vendor invoice verification, PO creation, and urgent order coordination to ensure accurate system transactions and operational compliance.
