Provides onsite IT and operational technology support in warehouse environments. Troubleshoots computers, scanners, RF devices, printers, networks, servers, and warehouse automation equipment. Manages incidents, changes, assets, CMDB updates, preventive maintenance, user training, and technical documentation. Supports ITIL processes, basic OT cybersecurity, vulnerability remediation, and operational reporting. Requires coordination with warehouse users, vendors, and technical teams, plus travel between locations and on-call support during critical incidents.

Coordinates order fulfillment, inventory, shipments, customer updates, warehouse operations, vendor invoice discrepancies, supply replenishment, urgent orders, KPI reporting, and system transaction accuracy. Requires warehouse systems and business software experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to work hands-on at a warehouse facility.

Coordinates order fulfillment, inventory, shipment activities, customer communications, warehouse system updates, KPI and transactional reporting. Verifies vendor invoices, resolves discrepancies, monitors warehouse supplies, raises replenishment purchase orders, and coordinates urgent orders with customers, operations teams, and transporters. Maintains compliance, transaction accuracy, and timely updates while working effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
