Coordinates order fulfillment, inventory, shipments, customer communications, operational issue resolution, KPI and transactional reporting. Verifies vendor invoices, monitors warehouse supplies, raises replenishment purchase orders, coordinates urgent deliveries, and maintains accurate system transactions and policy compliance.

Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, loading, unloading, sorting, returns handling, stock organization, and inventory counts. Use an RDT scanner to scan pallets and maintain accurate inventory records. Ensure efficient inventory movement, workplace cleanliness, and safety standards. The role requires physical lifting, extended walking and standing, overtime availability, teamwork, and adherence to operational quality requirements.
