Drive sales and outreach for the CLaaS2SaaS platform: execute marketing campaigns, provide consultative career consultations to individuals, maintain sales activity and conversion metrics to meet targets, and coordinate with marketing, delivery, and talent teams.

Drive B2B sales by sourcing and developing new client relationships, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating and closing deals. Advise and assist clients with government grants, manage CRM records, produce sales forecasts/reports, support marketing events, and handle training enrollments.

Source and manage recruitment partners, generate leads, conduct sales engagement and account management, shortlist and match candidates from an upskilled local talent pool, and provide career consultation and development advisory to candidates.
