Manages accounting and financial operations for multiple Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia entities. Responsibilities include general ledger maintenance, month-end closing, financial reporting, reconciliations, tax and statutory compliance support, AP/AR, intercompany accounting, audits, budgeting, payroll finance, and process improvements. The role coordinates with finance leadership, controllers, People Operations, external auditors, tax advisers, and service providers while ensuring accurate records, effective controls, and timely reporting.

Provide career consultation and consultative, needs-based sales to help individuals choose digital careers and acquire relevant skills. Support marketing outreach campaigns, maintain sales activities and conversion ratios, and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with Marketing, Delivery, and Talent Management teams. The role includes training, mentoring, and exposure to the technology employment landscape.
