Manage accounting and financial operations for Singapore and overseas entities, including general ledger, reconciliations, month-end closing, financial reporting, tax and statutory compliance, intercompany accounting, working capital, payroll support, audits, budgeting, controls, and process improvements.

Provide technical and functional support for AutoCount software through phone, email, chat, and remote support. Troubleshoot accounting, invoicing, inventory, purchasing, reporting, installation, configuration, updates, and backups. Document and escalate complex issues, maintain support records, follow up on cases, and coordinate with implementation and sales teams. Protect customer information while explaining system functions clearly to users.

Leads a roadshow sales team promoting digital upskilling programs at exhibitions, malls, career fairs, and other events. Responsibilities include setting and monitoring sales targets, coaching representatives, engaging prospects, driving lead conversion and enrolments, handling escalated enquiries, coordinating event activities, maintaining performance records, and preparing reports. The role requires weekend and public-holiday availability, extended event hours, and work at outdoor and other event venues.
