Lead process engineering for LNG regasification projects including process simulations, PFDs/P&IDs, heat and material balances, relief/blowdown and flare studies, equipment sizing, datasheets, and managing process teams through concept, FEED and detailed design.

Leads end-to-end delivery of telecoms engineering packages for offshore oil and gas projects. Develops system specifications, scopes of work, bills of materials, diagrams, requisitions, and technical documentation. Reviews telecom studies, including PAGA, radio, VSAT, and fiber-optic calculations. Coordinates with clients, engineering disciplines, contractors, vendors, and suppliers while ensuring deliverables meet technical, quality, and schedule requirements.

Oversee EPC contractor procurement for the Lobito Refinery Project, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, approved vendor use, warranties, logistics, quality, reporting, and delivery schedules. Review procurement status and material control systems, identify schedule gaps, coordinate inspections and testing of critical equipment, and interface with KBR teams and the project owner. The role is based in Tianjin, China and requires fluency in Chinese and English.

Leads telecommunications engineering activities and manages telecom package delivery for oil and gas projects. Develops system specifications, scopes of work, bills of materials, and block diagrams; reviews coverage studies and link calculations; performs technical evaluations and system estimates; resolves client comments; coordinates interfaces with contractors and other disciplines; and mentors the telecom team throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead and supervise telecommunications design activities for greenfield and brownfield oil and gas projects. Manage designers, schedules, 2D and 3D design deliverables, modeling, cable routing, clash resolution, drawings, equipment and cable schedules, material takeoffs, weight reports, CCTV reviews, site surveys, and multidisciplinary coordination. The role requires hands-on expertise with AVEVA E3D, PDMS, SP3D, AutoCAD, and MicroStation, plus the ability to resolve design issues and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other disciplines.

Lead end-to-end project controls for large and mega construction projects, implementing governance, schedules, cost management, risk and change control, KPIs, information flow, and mentoring a cross-functional project controls team to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
