Leads telecommunications engineering activities and manages telecom package delivery for oil and gas projects. Lead process safety engineering for oil & gas projects including design safety philosophy, fire protection system design, HAZOP/HAZID/SIL facilitation and close-out, consequence and risk studies review and execution (QRA, dispersion, FERA), safety layouts and classifications, SCE performance standards, and mentoring engineers while coordinating multidisciplinary safety inputs to meet project schedules.

Lead end-to-end project controls for large and mega construction projects, implementing governance, schedules, cost management, risk and change control, KPIs, information flow, and mentoring a cross-functional project controls team to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
