Oversee EPC contractor expediting activities for equipment and materials on a major refinery project. Track purchase orders, supplier deliverables, documentation, schedules, material status, logistics, quality requirements, and delivery risks. Coordinate with engineering, construction, project controls, suppliers, and accounts payable. Maintain project records and status reports in IPMS and Documentum, resolve material issues, validate invoices, and supervise expediting personnel. Fluency in Chinese and English is required, with work based in Tianjin, China.

Designs and delivers electrical engineering solutions for onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities. Responsibilities include MV/LV switchgear, power management systems, MV VFDs, distribution systems, electrical studies using ETAP, FEED and detailed design, specifications, single-line diagrams, technical bid evaluations, vendor document reviews, and compliance assessments. Works independently and leads specialized electrical engineering and design teams.

Lead process engineering for LNG regasification projects including process simulations, PFDs/P&IDs, heat and material balances, relief/blowdown and flare studies, equipment sizing, datasheets, and managing process teams through concept, FEED and detailed design.
