Leads telecommunications engineering activities and manages telecom package delivery for oil and gas projects. Develops system specifications, scopes of work, bills of materials, and block diagrams; reviews coverage studies and link calculations; performs technical evaluations and system estimates; resolves client comments; coordinates interfaces with contractors and other disciplines; and mentors the telecom team throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead and supervise telecommunications design activities for greenfield and brownfield oil and gas projects. Manage designers, schedules, 2D and 3D design deliverables, modeling, cable routing, clash resolution, drawings, equipment and cable schedules, material takeoffs, weight reports, CCTV reviews, site surveys, and multidisciplinary coordination. The role requires hands-on expertise with AVEVA E3D, PDMS, SP3D, AutoCAD, and MicroStation, plus the ability to resolve design issues and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other disciplines.

Lead all phases of engineering planning and execution for large oil & gas projects. Own financial and technical project success, client communication, day-to-day client contact, supervise project personnel through subordinate leaders, and manage project budgets and controls.
