Drive new business and nurture existing clients in digital media through outreach (social, LinkedIn, email, calls), schedule sales appointments, update Zoho CRM, support campaign production, and meet sales targets.

Manage end-to-end execution of client digital campaigns, coordinate internal and external teams, monitor KPIs, produce performance reports, support sales proposals and renewals, maintain CRM and campaign dashboards, and run client outreach (monthly e‑DMs).

Produce and refresh travel and lifestyle editorial content with SEO and AI-search best practices, research and write new branded/editorial pieces, craft platform-native social content, use analytics to iterate, and work independently across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia audiences.
