Leads New Product Introduction activities for precision-machined mechanical components from development through production release. Coordinates Engineering, Production, Quality, customers, and suppliers; reviews drawings, GD&T, materials, tolerances, and specifications; develops manufacturing routes, process flows, tooling concepts, inspection requirements, and execution plans. Maintains technical documentation, supports manufacturability improvements, mitigates risks, and contributes to continuous improvement and manufacturing problem-solving.

Coordinates DFM and costing activities between customers, sales, and engineering teams. Reviews drawings and specifications, assesses manufacturability, recommends manufacturing methods, develops process concepts, and prepares detailed cost estimates. The role also identifies technical and manufacturing risks, supports continuous improvement, and contributes to engineering and quality problem-solving. Candidates need manufacturing or mechanical engineering training, precision or semiconductor industry experience, CAD/CAM proficiency, drawing and GD&T interpretation skills, and hands-on shop-floor exposure.

Operate CNC and conventional milling, turning, and drilling machines; load material, set parameters, change tools, and perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Read engineering drawings/GD&T, monitor machine performance, maintain production records, follow safety protocols, perform basic maintenance, and support continuous improvement, 5S, and lean activities while coordinating with engineers and supervisors.

Manage program execution for awarded and change-order projects: verify pricing/lead times, consolidate quotations, coordinate project kick-offs, maintain SAP item and order processes, manage sales orders and customer acknowledgements, support NPI/First Article activities, track finished goods and escalations, handle sellback/buyback and repair/rework coordination, and liaise across Operations, Finance, and customers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

Operate CNC and conventional machines to produce precision mechanical parts. Load materials, set machine parameters, perform tool changes, in-process inspections, follow drawings/GD&T, maintain production records, perform basic maintenance, and support continuous improvement and safety practices.

Support daily quality control operations: maintain QC plans and CMM/VMI inspection programs, train QC staff on corrective actions, coordinate customer returns and investigations, monitor lot acceptance and DPPM, manage RMR/MRB processes, and lead continual improvement and routine team meetings.

The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up and proving out CNC machines, optimizing processes, conducting inspections, and maintaining quality standards. They provide production support and collaborate with engineers for continuous improvement while adhering to safety and compliance guidelines.

The Mechanical Design Engineer will design fixtures and mechanical systems, collaborate with teams for improvements, and manage 3D models in SolidWorks.

The QA Engineer serves as the main contact for customer quality issues, manages complaints, supports audits, and ensures compliance with standards, while participating in product validations and coordinating cross-functional teams to improve product quality.
