Frencken Mechatronics is involved in the development and assembly of industrial systems or the semiconductor industry, the healthcare market, and a wide range of analytical applications. The high-quality precision mechanical parts, machine assemblies, and vacuum systems are assembled in both clean room and non-clean room environments. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop fixtures, tools, and mechanical systems to support manufacturing improvement projects.

  • Work closely with production, quality, and automation teams to implement practical engineering solutions.

  • Create and manage detailed 3D models and 2D technical drawings using SolidWorks.

  • Integrate mechanical designs with automation systems; familiarity with PLC integration is a plus.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization and equipment performance.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.

  • Hands-on experience in mechanical design, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficient in SolidWorks.

  • Exposure to automation systems and basic knowledge of PLC preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, with a proactive and independent working style.

  • Understanding of metal fabrication processes (machining or sheet metal) is an advantage.
