Operate CNC and conventional milling, turning, and drilling machines; load material, set parameters, change tools, and perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Read engineering drawings/GD&T, monitor machine performance, maintain production records, follow safety protocols, perform basic maintenance, and support continuous improvement, 5S, and lean activities while coordinating with engineers and supervisors.

Support and improve manufacturing performance through hands-on technical support, root-cause analysis (8D), PFMEA/PCP creation, work instruction control, tooling design, line balancing, NPI documentation, and driving continuous improvement while supporting audits and customer interactions.

Manage and coordinate engineering and production project activities: develop and maintain project plans and schedules, identify and mitigate risks, manage BOM/PO/ECO processes in SAP, liaise with customers and internal teams, track ECO/RMA closure, monitor inventory and project status, and improve project management workflows.
