Supports digital transformation and continuous improvement of chemical production through Smart Operations technologies. Implements, monitors, maintains, and improves digital applications; develops and executes process engineering studies and projects; manages technical changes, MOC activities, documentation, training, and project teams. Collaborates with production, R&D, site management, and global Smart Operations teams to pilot technologies, optimize performance, improve sustainability, and ensure compliance in methionine plant operations.

Maintain, design, program, troubleshoot and manage electrical systems up to 66kV (substations, GIS, transformers, generators, UPS, MCC) for a 24/7 chemical site. Provide technical support, training, maintenance planning, cost estimates, project engineering, and act as the focal point for electrical issues and on-call duties.

Responsible for converting production maintenance notifications into SAP work orders, overseeing contractor work, maintaining plant documentation, planning turnarounds, optimizing maintenance plans, supporting continuous improvement, cost analysis, and ensuring safety, environmental and quality compliance.

Support the Plant Manager to oversee plant production, safety, quality, and ESHQ systems. Drive OEE and product yield, lead process safety analyses, manage CAPEX and improvement projects, troubleshoot process issues, and implement continuous improvement to optimize costs and ensure compliant, reliable operations.

Manage safe, compliant, and efficient chemical production operations, lead and develop shift team leaders, coordinate training and maintenance, support projects and TAR, and drive continuous improvement.

Support plant process engineering activities including P&ID and PSI maintenance, lead MOC, manage small capital projects, collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency, recommend equipment and implement cost/productivity optimizations while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.
