Develop and deploy production-grade AI and machine learning solutions for industrial manufacturing. Own projects from problem definition through operational integration, conduct data-driven optimization, advance ML and LLM-based methods, and collaborate with external partners. Coach employees on AI, establish standards, and advise stakeholders. The role requires Python, Azure, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, cloud AI architectures, process simulation, optimization, and experience scaling ML systems.

Coordinates plant operations support across ESH compliance, waste disposal, utilities data, safety supplies, PPE, production reporting, maintenance work orders, warehousing documentation, purchasing, audits, training records, and recurring operational reports. The role also supports plant management activities and safety programs while coordinating with department heads and external government agencies on licensing and permitting.

Supports digital transformation and continuous improvement of chemical production through Smart Operations technologies. Implements, monitors, maintains, and improves digital applications; develops and executes process engineering studies and projects; manages technical changes, MOC activities, documentation, training, and project teams. Collaborates with production, R&D, site management, and global Smart Operations teams to pilot technologies, optimize performance, improve sustainability, and ensure compliance in methionine plant operations.

Maintain, design, program, troubleshoot and manage electrical systems up to 66kV (substations, GIS, transformers, generators, UPS, MCC) for a 24/7 chemical site. Provide technical support, training, maintenance planning, cost estimates, project engineering, and act as the focal point for electrical issues and on-call duties.
