Coaches leaders, manages HR cycles, analyzes people data, supports restructuring and change, and collaborates with Centers of Expertise, People Services, and Talent Acquisition to deliver consistent HR outcomes.

Leads ESR Data Centers’ customer development and commercial strategy across Asia-Pacific. Responsibilities include building executive relationships, generating and qualifying demand, developing go-to-market strategy, negotiating commercial agreements, managing pipeline governance, coordinating RFP pursuits, forecasting demand, and aligning customer opportunities with investment, engineering, finance, legal, and development teams.

Serves as the CEO’s operating integrator, establishing governance, executive cadence, KPI frameworks, reporting systems, dashboards, and strategic initiative tracking across a multinational data center platform. Coordinates Board and Executive Committee materials, aligns commercial, development, operational, and corporate functions, identifies execution risks, and drives accountability, transparency, and consistent management practices across regions.

Bridges customer demand with data-center development capabilities by translating capacity, power, location, timing, and technical requirements into actionable development briefs. Coordinates commercial, country, land, investment, and infrastructure teams; validates sites and enabling infrastructure; matches demand to assets and origination opportunities; and establishes regional governance, diligence, stage-gate, and capital-discipline frameworks for investment-ready projects.

Supports Southeast Asia real estate capital transactions through investment evaluation, financial modeling, market research, investment memo preparation, due diligence coordination, portfolio analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis. The internship provides exposure to equity and debt structures, transaction execution, return metrics including IRR and equity multiples, sensitivity analysis, and investment committee communications.

The internship provides hands-on experience in real estate investment and asset management through project involvement, market research, and team collaboration.

Support Group CoSec with corporate governance, preparing and coordinating board/shareholder documents, maintaining statutory records and entity documentation, managing document execution and version control, tracking filings and deadlines, liaising with stakeholders and external providers, and supporting transactions and document-management processes.

Design and govern enterprise integration and data architecture. Lead cross-system impact analysis, define integration standards and blueprints, support platform selection, ensure data quality and interoperability, and advise stakeholders and delivery teams on architecture and governance.

Evaluate data centre investment opportunities, build and maintain financial models, prepare investment memos and presentations, perform market research and due diligence, coordinate external advisors, and provide ad-hoc portfolio and performance analysis to support senior management.

Support and manage all stages of fundraising and investor relations: prepare RFP/RFI/DDQ responses, create investor presentations and marketing collateral, draft fund documentation, maintain CRM data rooms and pipelines, coordinate investor meetings and property tours, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely communication during fundraises.

Responsible for fund accounting and reporting for multiple private equity funds, supporting capital and treasury management, audits, investor reporting, process improvement, and system migrations (SAP to Yardi). Works with investment, tax, legal and external advisors on transactions, fund setups and due diligence, and leads/mentors junior staff to ensure accurate, timely financial operations and controls.

Lead and execute integrated internal and external communications across Asia-Pacific, including media relations, leadership and investor communications, crisis management, employee engagement, events, and digital/social strategies. Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic transactions, capital initiatives, and reputation-building, leveraging AI tools and external agencies to deliver regional communications and stakeholder materials.

Lead origination, execution and portfolio management of infrastructure investments. Oversee deal teams, due diligence, structuring, negotiations and Investment Committee materials. Drive value creation with portfolio company boards, support fundraising and LP engagement, and mentor senior investment talent to shape team strategy and growth.

Own and build fund-level and transaction financial models, deliver timely investor and management reporting, support capital planning, acquisitions, divestments and due diligence, and assist fund formation and capital raising for logistics real estate funds in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
