Senior HR Business Partner leading strategic and hands-on HR support for corporate and Singapore regional platforms. Drive organisation design, transformation, talent, performance, rewards, and employee experience. Partner with C-suite, HR COEs, and shared services to build scalable people practices, lead change, and oversee HR and facilities teams across multiple countries.

Lead and execute group treasury operations including reporting, cash and liquidity management, bank and loan administration, FX and interest risk monitoring, settlements, and KYC. Support treasury system implementation, process automation and short-term investments, and contribute to strategic treasury initiatives.

This role involves evaluating real estate investments, conducting financial modeling, preparing investment papers, and providing analytical support to senior management, alongside collaboration with various stakeholders.

Design and govern enterprise integration and data architecture. Lead cross-system impact analysis, define integration standards and blueprints, support platform selection, ensure data quality and interoperability, and advise stakeholders and delivery teams on architecture and governance.

The internship provides hands-on experience in real estate investment and asset management through project involvement, market research, and team collaboration.

Support planning, execution, and tracking of strategic transformation initiatives. Produce executive reporting and dashboards, coordinate project delivery, perform productivity and benefits analysis, monitor user adoption, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes and governance.

Evaluate data centre investment opportunities, build and maintain financial models, prepare investment memos and presentations, perform market research and due diligence, coordinate external advisors, and provide ad-hoc portfolio and performance analysis to support senior management.
