Teams at ESR Group

Responsible for fund accounting and reporting for multiple private equity funds, supporting capital and treasury management, audits, investor reporting, process improvement, and system migrations (SAP to Yardi). Works with investment, tax, legal and external advisors on transactions, fund setups and due diligence, and leads/mentors junior staff to ensure accurate, timely financial operations and controls.

Lead and execute integrated internal and external communications across Asia-Pacific, including media relations, leadership and investor communications, crisis management, employee engagement, events, and digital/social strategies. Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic transactions, capital initiatives, and reputation-building, leveraging AI tools and external agencies to deliver regional communications and stakeholder materials.

Lead origination, execution and portfolio management of infrastructure investments. Oversee deal teams, due diligence, structuring, negotiations and Investment Committee materials. Drive value creation with portfolio company boards, support fundraising and LP engagement, and mentor senior investment talent to shape team strategy and growth.
