Support infrastructure investment activities across valuation, due diligence, deal execution, portfolio monitoring, and divestments. Build complex financial models, conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses, research markets and macroeconomic factors, coordinate external advisors, prepare investment committee materials, and report to investors. The role requires strong analytical, valuation, financial modeling, communication, and multitasking skills, with relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, project finance, or infrastructure advisory.

Partners with Singapore-based corporate functions and business units on workforce planning, organization design, talent management, performance, rewards, employee relations, compliance, and HR transformation. Coaches leaders, manages HR cycles, analyzes people data, supports restructuring and change, and collaborates with Centers of Expertise, People Services, and Talent Acquisition to deliver consistent HR outcomes.

Leads ESR Data Centers’ customer development and commercial strategy across Asia-Pacific. Responsibilities include building executive relationships, generating and qualifying demand, developing go-to-market strategy, negotiating commercial agreements, managing pipeline governance, coordinating RFP pursuits, forecasting demand, and aligning customer opportunities with investment, engineering, finance, legal, and development teams.
