Leads structural investigation, construction materials testing, and multidisciplinary engineering projects from award through completion. Coordinates teams, equipment, schedules, budgets, testing methodologies, client relationships, regulatory compliance, technical reports, and project risks. Reviews engineering documents, approves findings, provides technical recommendations, supports business development, and mentors technical staff. Requires substantial experience in structural investigation, NDT, concrete diagnostics, technical proposals, and project management.

Collects, processes, validates, and maintains geotechnical and structural monitoring data. Operates data loggers and monitoring systems, troubleshoots equipment, prepares reports, identifies anomalies, and coordinates with field teams for data retrieval and equipment checks. The role also supports analytical instrumentation installation, servicing, and maintenance.

Processes and validates geotechnical field and laboratory data, including borehole logs, CPT, SPT, rock coring, and soil tests. Generates borehole logs using AutoCAD and GeoSmart, performs quality checks, aligns reports with applicable standards and regulations, coordinates missing information with engineers and contractors, and supports project reporting, revisions, and deadlines.

Performs onsite nondestructive testing, test arrangement, analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance activities. Reviews test reports, supports inspection readiness, interprets construction drawings and technical requirements, advises coworkers and customers, develops training materials, and mentors technicians and engineers. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Science, strong computer and AutoCAD skills, and no prior experience. Construction or laboratory safety knowledge and a Class 3 driving license are beneficial.

Supports the HSE Manager in maintaining workplace safety, health, environmental, and welfare compliance across Singapore sites. Develops and monitors EHS systems, conducts audits and incident investigations, delivers safety training and inductions, manages documentation, coordinates contractors, and liaises with regulatory authorities. Ensures compliance with local legislation, ISO standards, aerodrome safety requirements, and company policies while implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Performs routine and non-routine laboratory testing, analyzes and releases testing data, supports quality control sign-offs, resolves technical issues, interacts with customers, contributes to business development, presents findings, and mentors junior technicians and engineers. The role also supports new testing technologies, applies engineering concepts, and performs occasional onsite administrative and technical work.

Performs routine and specialized machining tasks to prepare test specimens according to customer specifications. Sets up and operates cutting and machining equipment, records dimensional measurements, maintains equipment, schedules preventative maintenance, follows safety and quality procedures, and mentors less experienced machinists. The role requires machining shop experience or a related associate degree, knowledge of specimen preparation and machine shop safety, strong computer skills, and the ability to work standing and lift heavy items.

Performs in-house and on-site calibration of mechanical, temperature, and electrical equipment. Coordinates with customers on testing and calibration needs, maintains equipment records, completes administrative tasks, and supervises or performs preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment while following safety and company procedures.

Performs geotechnical instrumentation projects, including engineering documentation, sensor and equipment installation, calibration, commissioning, data acquisition, verification, processing, analysis, reporting, and client coordination. Supervises site personnel, attends project meetings, manages schedules and permits, oversees quality and safety requirements, maintains instrumentation drawings and web databases, and submits contract-required reports.

Performs routine and non-routine laboratory testing, develops test methods, analyzes data, and documents results. Ensures equipment, records, and laboratory work comply with quality standards. Supports accreditation activities, audits, method validation, and proficiency testing while maintaining organized operations, communicating progress, and collaborating with internal and external teams.

Leads regional Safety, Health, Environment and Quality strategy across Asia. Oversees regulatory compliance, ISO management systems, audits, safety culture, environmental sustainability, quality assurance, risk management, business continuity, ESG initiatives, and continuous improvement. Advises senior leadership, supports growth and acquisitions, investigates serious incidents, and develops geographically dispersed SHEQ teams. Requires frequent international travel across the Middle East and Asian regions.

Performs environmental and industrial hygiene monitoring, including stack emissions, ambient air, soil, groundwater, and noise testing. Assists with project planning, report preparation, equipment maintenance and calibration, and compliance with health, safety, and UKAS-accredited ISO/IEC 17025 quality standards. Requires a relevant science or engineering diploma or degree, a valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving license, physical mobility between laboratory and field sites, and the ability to work independently.
