Leads structural investigation, construction materials testing, and multidisciplinary engineering projects from award through completion. Coordinates teams, equipment, schedules, budgets, testing methodologies, client relationships, regulatory compliance, technical reports, and project risks. Reviews engineering documents, approves findings, provides technical recommendations, supports business development, and mentors technical staff. Requires substantial experience in structural investigation, NDT, concrete diagnostics, technical proposals, and project management.

Collects, processes, validates, and maintains geotechnical and structural monitoring data. Operates data loggers and monitoring systems, troubleshoots equipment, prepares reports, identifies anomalies, and coordinates with field teams for data retrieval and equipment checks. The role also supports analytical instrumentation installation, servicing, and maintenance.

Processes and validates geotechnical field and laboratory data, including borehole logs, CPT, SPT, rock coring, and soil tests. Generates borehole logs using AutoCAD and GeoSmart, performs quality checks, aligns reports with applicable standards and regulations, coordinates missing information with engineers and contractors, and supports project reporting, revisions, and deadlines.
