Lead DayOne’s EMEA Customer Implementation and Delivery function, overseeing customer onboarding from contract execution through service commencement. Responsibilities include implementation planning, programme governance, fit-out coordination, commissioning readiness, customer acceptance, executive engagement, risk mitigation, operational handover, and continuous improvement. The role also builds scalable processes, leads geographically distributed teams, manages customer escalations, and partners with Sales, Design, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, and Customer Success teams.

Supports corporate compliance across international data center operations by developing and maintaining policies, screening high-risk vendors and customers, conducting risk assessments, monitoring regulatory changes, delivering compliance training, and investigating breaches and whistleblower reports. The role also manages corrective actions, audit trails, compliance dashboards, and implementation of data privacy and governance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Lead development and execution of company-wide data, analytics, and AI strategy. Build and manage multidisciplinary teams, govern data quality and compliance, oversee architecture and production ML/AI deployments, select and maintain data platforms and tooling, partner with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact use cases, and measure ROI while driving innovation and adoption.

Lead DayOne's group tax function across APAC and Europe, owning compliance, transfer pricing, planning, and structuring. Advise senior leadership on tax legislation, support new market entry structuring, manage external advisors, review tax provisioning, and develop tax strategies aligned to the company's expansion roadmap.

Supports investor relations, capital-raising strategies, equity and debt financing, market and peer analysis, board reporting, and communications with investors, analysts, banks, advisors, and executives. The role prepares earnings materials and presentations, evaluates financing opportunities, monitors covenants and credit ratings, and helps optimize the company’s capital structure and access to capital.

Leads commercial activities for global data center customer prospects, including strategic pricing, bid and RFP support, contract risk assessment, deal approvals, costing, renewals, churn analysis, sales forecasting, and pipeline analysis. Partners with Sales, Product, Legal, and other business units to improve profitability, digitize quotation processes, and implement commercial initiatives. Requires strong knowledge of ICT and data center markets.

Manage procurement, negotiation, administration, and performance monitoring of data center maintenance contracts. Responsibilities include vendor selection, KPI development, relationship management, dispute resolution, performance reviews, reporting, market analysis, and process improvement across Southeast Asia.

Lead global finance digital transformation by aligning finance strategy with SAP capabilities, standardizing finance templates and architectures, managing cross-border demand, advising executive finance stakeholders, and driving change across international teams. The role requires delivering large-scale SAP Finance programs, designing consolidation solutions using SAP BPC or S/4HANA Group Reporting, integrating analytics and tax compliance, and improving close timelines, reconciliation efficiency, template adoption, and portfolio delivery.

Own and standardize QA/QC processes and templates, run program-level audits across construction projects, support pre-construction quality input, consolidate and analyze project quality data, identify systemic trends and root causes, produce executive dashboards and reports, assess contractor performance, and feed lessons-learned into CAPA and process improvements.

Provide on-the-ground administrative, logistical and personal/family support to the Executive Director in Singapore; coordinate with the Hong Kong EA; arrange and process business travel and expenses; support other senior executives' travel/expense needs; liaise with internal teams, vendors, schools and service providers; handle confidential matters and urgent requests with discretion.

Support the Customer Success Manager by coordinating customer communications, tracking SLA performance, preparing reports, assisting project schedules and documentation, ensuring compliance with ITIL and governance, and liaising across operations, network, IT, and construction teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Lead reliability governance and engineering for mission-critical data centers: perform FMEA/RCA, manage asset lifecycle and critical spares, implement CAPA and maintenance strategies, monitor energy/water performance (ISO 50001), coordinate vendors/OEMs, drive continuous improvement, and coach regional site teams.

Manage end-to-end HR transactions across the employee lifecycle, maintain HRIS data accuracy, support payroll and benefits, ensure compliance, produce HR reports and metrics, respond to employee inquiries, and drive process improvements and SOP documentation to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

Lead DayOne's global Environmental, Health & Safety Center of Excellence to build and govern EHS management systems, certifications (ISO 14001/45001), contractor qualification, audit assurance, incident learning, training, and performance reporting across construction and operational data centers.

Manage commercial aspects for DayOne's global data-centre customers: pricing, contract negotiation and risk assessment, deal committee approvals, sales support, forecasting, churn/renewal reviews, costing analysis, process improvements, and digitizing quotation workflows.

Lead HQ external affairs across multiple markets: stakeholder mapping, multi-market policy intelligence, government and institutional engagement, cross-market projects, corporate positioning, CSR oversight, issue monitoring, and internal alignment for public-sector initiatives.

Lead design and delivery of Power BI dashboards, datasets, and semantic models; build and maintain data pipelines with Microsoft Fabric; manage enterprise data lake/warehouse architecture; ensure data quality, governance, security, and performance; partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.

Lead and manage mechanical engineering teams responsible for design, installation, operation, and maintenance of data center mechanical systems (HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, fire suppression). Oversee 24/7 operations, preventative and corrective maintenance, vendor coordination, safety and compliance, technical troubleshooting, and strategic initiatives including budget participation and system performance improvements.

Serve as technical counterpart to sales for hyperscale accounts, coordinating customer engineering and internal design, delivery, operations, and construction teams. Drive technical workstreams for large contracts, translate customer fit-out and connectivity requirements into delivery actions, manage cross-functional program timelines, identify and mitigate technical risks, and build customer confidence through rigorous coordination.

Lead design and implementation of global compensation and benefits strategies, manage budgets and payroll compliance, develop mobility programs and vendor relationships, analyze C&B data, and advise senior leadership to ensure competitive, compliant total rewards programs across regions.
