Manage commercial aspects for DayOne's global data-centre customers: pricing, contract negotiation and risk assessment, deal committee approvals, sales support, forecasting, churn/renewal reviews, costing analysis, process improvements, and digitizing quotation workflows.

Lead HQ external affairs across multiple markets: stakeholder mapping, multi-market policy intelligence, government and institutional engagement, cross-market projects, corporate positioning, CSR oversight, issue monitoring, and internal alignment for public-sector initiatives.

Support administration and continuous improvement of the EHS Management System: maintain documentation and records, manage SharePoint and digital EHS platforms, collect and analyze safety data, build dashboards, prepare EHS reports and communications, and assist with audits and EHS improvements.

Lead design and delivery of Power BI dashboards, datasets, and semantic models; build and maintain data pipelines with Microsoft Fabric; manage enterprise data lake/warehouse architecture; ensure data quality, governance, security, and performance; partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.

Lead design and implementation of global compensation and benefits strategies, manage budgets and payroll compliance, develop mobility programs and vendor relationships, analyze C&B data, and advise senior leadership to ensure competitive, compliant total rewards programs across regions.

Lead DayOne's group tax function across APAC and Europe, owning compliance, transfer pricing, planning, and structuring. Advise senior leadership on tax legislation, support new market entry structuring, manage external advisors, review tax provisioning, and develop tax strategies aligned to the company's expansion roadmap.

Lead and govern global enterprise application projects (SAP, Power Platform, eProcurement). Plan, track, and deliver multi-country initiatives, manage vendors and stakeholders, coordinate integrations and UAT, ensure compliance (SOX/ITGC), and drive continuous improvement and knowledge transfer.

Work with the IT/Digital Transformation team to build Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, create Power Automate flows, administer SharePoint Online, customize front-ends with JSON/HTML/CSS, perform testing/UAT, and produce technical documentation.

Manage design, installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems in data centres (HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, fire suppression). Lead development and execution of company-wide data, analytics, and AI strategy. Build and manage multidisciplinary teams, govern data quality and compliance, oversee architecture and production ML/AI deployments, select and maintain data platforms and tooling, partner with business stakeholders to deliver high-impact use cases, and measure ROI while driving innovation and adoption.

Manage and maintain document control systems and policies across project lifecycles for data center programs. Implement DMS, ensure compliance and security, train staff, perform audits, and support document retrieval and archiving to enable efficient project coordination.

Lead business planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring for data centre operations. Produce financial and operational forecasts, KPIs, dashboards, variance analysis, and management reports. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvements, support executive decision-making, and implement automation and workflow enhancements.

Lead design and delivery of DayOne's global insurance program, govern broker relationships, embed insurance into construction and commercial contracts, manage complex claims, report program performance to governance bodies, own insurance budgeting, and build a small insurance team supporting global data center growth.

Support the DC Solution & Engineering team by reviewing MEP drawings and standards, observing design coordination, preparing study notes and marked-up drawings, and exploring a focused MEP topic under mentor guidance to learn data center mechanical, electrical, ELV, and commissioning practices.

Support financial planning, modeling, forecasting, and investment evaluation. Conduct market and competitor analyses, prepare reports and presentations for leadership, support due diligence, KPI and dashboard development, and drive automation to improve reporting and financial processes.

Support DayOne's DC Solution & Engineering team by reviewing architectural and structural drawings, observing design coordination, preparing drawing observations and study notes, and learning CSA planning principles for data center constructability, maintainability, and MEP coordination under mentor guidance.

Lead multidisciplinary engineering programs to deliver data center infrastructure from planning through ready-for-service. Manage schedules, risks, onsite delivery, procurement integration, commissioning, vendor selection, and drive construction innovation and quality.

Support and govern HR technology platforms (Workday and similar), maintain HR data integrity, manage system configuration and access controls, execute and monitor SOX/internal controls, support audits and UAT, perform data audits and reconciliations, identify control gaps and support remediation, and partner with HR, IT, Finance, Risk, and Internal Audit to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
