Teams at DayOne Data Centers

Leads global customer success for hyperscale data center customers, owning onboarding, service activation, customer health, retention, renewals, expansion, and executive escalations. Builds distributed customer success teams and operating models across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Partners with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to manage recurring revenue, SLAs, uptime commitments, service credits, customer feedback, and capacity growth. Requires deep data center or cloud infrastructure expertise and credibility with C-suite stakeholders.

Supports US GAAP financial reporting, consolidated statements, SEC filings, IPO readiness, technical accounting analyses, SOX controls, audit coordination, and management reporting. The role also contributes to accounting policy development, risk assessments, process automation, and reporting improvements in a multinational data center environment.

Supports consolidated financial reporting, US GAAP compliance, SEC filings, technical accounting analyses, IPO readiness, external audits, and SOX-compliant internal controls. Prepares financial statements, reporting schedules, management analyses, accounting memoranda, and disclosure materials while coordinating with auditors, advisors, regulators, and finance stakeholders. Contributes to reporting process automation, policy development, risk assessments, and control improvements in a multinational data center organization.
