Provides administrative and documentation support for engineering product requirements and change management. Processes data, maintains and releases product specification documents, supports configuration control, audits product release standards, and participates in improvement projects. Ensures requirements and specifications remain clear, accurate, compliant, and properly controlled across engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and service functions.

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across APAC for professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operational roles. Advise hiring managers using talent mapping, sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and recruitment analytics. Lead graduate, internship, and apprenticeship programs; build partnerships with universities, training providers, industry associations, and community organizations; champion inclusive hiring and improve candidate and stakeholder experiences.

Supports account teams in managing customer relationships, identifying needs, coordinating negotiations and contracts, maintaining forecasts, and pursuing revenue growth. The role manages smaller accounts and aftermarket opportunities, supports APAC account teams, tracks sales pipelines and receivables, coordinates internal stakeholders, and helps balance customer inventory, service, and delivery expectations. It also requires customer-focused communication, account planning, pricing support, opportunity management, and CRM-based reporting.
