Provides administrative and sales support through data entry, report preparation, document coordination, meeting scheduling, inquiry handling, vendor payment documentation, policy maintenance, and business improvement projects. Supports quotation management, customer documentation, reporting, process compliance, and administration of Fusion, EOS, L2D, and related business systems so sales teams can focus on customer engagement and revenue growth.

Supports the Operations Excellence team during a Warehouse Management System implementation. Responsibilities include coordinating project updates, tracking action items, updating SOPs and work instructions, maintaining document control, mapping warehouse processes, identifying process gaps, analyzing operational data, and participating in Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manages assigned customer accounts throughout the order lifecycle, including setup, order entry, modifications, escalations, logistics coordination, documentation, and fulfillment. Serves as the primary contact for customers and internal teams, resolves complex inquiries, maintains interaction records, supports export documentation, coordinates quality issues, hosts customer visits, coaches team members, and leads customer order management initiatives.

The Corporate Counsel manages complex legal matters, drafts and negotiates agreements, advises management, and ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
