Maintain and troubleshoot on-site industrial gas plants to ensure safe, reliable performance. Support planned shutdowns, respond to supply interruptions, perform root-cause analysis (8D), support commissioning, ensure IMS compliance, and implement reliability and cost-saving initiatives.

Lead safe, reliable site operations by monitoring performance, optimizing processes, managing maintenance and spare parts, enforcing safety/MOC, training staff, supporting emergencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The Specialty Gas Manager optimizes workflow and asset utilization while driving industrial performance and ensuring compliance with Group standards for Specialty Gases.

Lead and improve production processes for ASU assets, optimize workflows, perform risk assessments, troubleshoot operations, collaborate with maintenance and supply chain, present technical analyses, and mentor junior staff to ensure safe, efficient plant operation.
