Maintain and troubleshoot on-site industrial gas plants to ensure safe, reliable performance. Support planned shutdowns, respond to supply interruptions, perform root-cause analysis (8D), support commissioning, ensure IMS compliance, and implement reliability and cost-saving initiatives.

Lead the site Quality team to drive QMS and continuous improvement, resolve customer complaints, implement quality processes and audits (internal/ISO), mentor staff, manage third-party metrology, and standardize quality practices across sites to meet semiconductor customer requirements.

Lead safe, reliable site operations by monitoring performance, optimizing processes, managing maintenance and spare parts, enforcing safety/MOC, training staff, supporting emergencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
