Oversee industrial gas plant operations and maintenance at customer sites, ensuring safety, regulatory, quality, and contractual compliance. Lead troubleshooting, emergency recovery, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, audits, risk assessments, document control, and SOP management. Supervise and train technicians, manage qualification processes, maintain customer relationships, and achieve operational, safety, reliability, and cost KPIs.

Analyze financial and operational performance across Air Liquide’s East Asia Pacific cluster, develop forecasts and planning exercises, monitor targets and KPIs, identify corrective actions, prepare management presentations, and standardize reporting tools and deliverables across 12 countries and four business lines.

Oversee industrial gas plant availability, maintenance schedules, vendor quality, safety compliance, incident root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, OPEX/CAPEX control, audit readiness, technician training, and daily operational coordination. The role ensures supply reliability, equipment uptime, process safety, and compliance with HAZOP, FMEA, Safe Work Permit, MOC, and IMS requirements.
