Support IT infrastructure by maintaining documentation and management systems, generating reports, performing health checks, assisting implementations, and conducting data entry to keep infrastructure information current.

Manage and maintain virtualization platforms and Windows Server environments; design, implement and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, and firewall networks; monitor performance, perform upgrades/patching, support backup and disaster recovery, and document systems while collaborating with teams and vendors.

Provide 1st/2nd-level desktop, printing and hardware support at client sites. Troubleshoot Windows and Mac devices, Outlook/email, network connectivity, printers and copiers; perform installations, preventive maintenance, server and peripheral servicing, and ad hoc duties. Requires Mandarin and long-term on-site placement.
