Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (Hyper-V and VMware)
- Administer and support Windows Server environments
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall)
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
- Maintain proper documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for project implementation and support
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in system and network administration
- Hands-on experience with:
- Hyper-V and/or VMware virtualization platforms
- Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
- Network infrastructure (switching, routing, firewall)
- Experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA)
- Experience with Network Access Control (NAC) solutions (e.g., Cisco ISE, FortiNAC)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, networking, identity)
- Knowledge of security best practices and frameworks
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and security concepts
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication and documentation skills
