The Client IT Manager is responsible for managing IT services for clients, providing strategic technology advisory services, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves overseeing service delivery, problem resolution, technology advisory, and documentation/reporting.

Lead and drive service delivery for assigned accounts, manage key holders on daily support, monitor SLAs, act as point of contact for service delivery, manage team of engineers, provide reporting to customers, maintain healthy customer relationships, work on financial priorities, ensure delivery to cost plan.

Secure deals with enterprise clients for various products and services, manage enterprise accounts, meet IT needs of existing clients, lead meetings and presentations with clients.

Provide technical assistance to end-users, diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, deploy and maintain client computer systems, ensure user satisfaction, manage IT assets, and handle adhoc duties. Knowledge of ITSM or ITIL is beneficial.

Responsible for deployment, maintenance, upgrade, and support of ICT infrastructure. Manage IT Asset Management, handle incidents, project implementation, and migration. Must have a Diploma/Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 1 year of experience in system integrator environment.
