Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (Hyper-V and VMware)
  • Administer and support Windows Server environments
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall)
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
  • Maintain proper documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for project implementation and support
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in system and network administration
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Hyper-V and/or VMware virtualization platforms
    • Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
    • Network infrastructure (switching, routing, firewall)
Preferred / Added Advantage
  • Experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA)
  • Experience with Network Access Control (NAC) solutions (e.g., Cisco ISE, FortiNAC)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, networking, identity)
  • Knowledge of security best practices and frameworks
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Azure)

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure and security concepts
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good communication and documentation skills
