Leads cross-functional compliance and growth programs for new products, markets, payment methods, partner integrations, and network initiatives. Partners with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Risk, and Operations to define requirements, manage launch readiness, resolve risks, build scalable controls, and optimize post-launch performance. Develops program plans, governance routines, documentation, training, metrics, and repeatable operating frameworks. Requires strong payments knowledge, technical program management skills, and fluency in English and Japanese.

Lead and coordinate card-network financial integrity programs (fraud, disputes, chargebacks). Maintain governance, trackers, remediation, controls, and documentation. Translate network requirements into internal policies and playbooks, coordinate cross-functional remediation, prepare leadership/audit materials, identify process gaps, and standardize global program execution across Compliance, Risk, Legal, Product, and Operations.
