Job Description:
- Gather and Understand Business Requirements.
Collaborate with client and Internal Team to analyze business requirements.
Ensure accountability of Solutions.
Developed Customer Requirements Documents.
Developed Functional and Technical Design Documents
Developed Test Plan base on the Design Documents
Developed Implementation Plan of the Design Documents
Develop, test, deploy and optimize Workspace solutions which improve Employee integration, including Health of Employee, RPA, Service Desk Tools, and integration using Automation and AI-Driven Tools.
Work on Projects, Sprint and Change Request basing on the Stakeholder’s requirement
Developed Built Document and Standard Operating Procedures Documents to handover to Operation Team.
Requirements
Familiar and able to work with different Project methodology – Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid.
Familiar with EX products such as M365, Google Workspace,
Familiar with IoT and Robotic Solution
Familiar with Common Products such as MS Windows, MS Servers, SQL, DaaS, Anti Virus / Malware Solution.
Fast Learner on Products.
Understand and able to integrate with API.
Familiar with PowerShell, Python, Power Platform, Low Code Platform. Power BI.
Open Minded Mindset.
Able to Adapt to the VUCA environment.
Good Communication skill to be able to gather information and demonstrate solutions to Stakeholder.
Able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Good Analytic and troubleshooting skill.
Able to work in extended hours.
