As a Wealth Product Manager at OCBC, you'll play a key role in developing and managing wealth products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You'll be part of a team that's passionate about delivering innovative solutions that make a real difference in people's lives. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay ahead of the curve in terms of market trends and customer needs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products, and continuously monitor and improve existing ones. Your ability to balance business objectives with customer needs will be crucial in driving success. What you do - Develop and manage wealth products that meet customer needs and drive business growth - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products - Analyze customer feedback and market data to inform product development and improvement - Work with stakeholders to ensure successful product implementation and adoption Who you are - A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics - At least 5 years of experience in product management or a related field - Strong understanding of wealth management products and services - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
