We are seeking a commercially driven and detail-oriented Product Manager to support the design, delivery, and ongoing management of treasury and cash equity solutions across our individual wealth client segments.
This role works closely with stakeholders across product, front office, operations, technology, and compliance functions. The successful candidate will contribute to translating business strategies into practical product solutions and well-defined operational processes, while supporting effective delivery in a dynamic business environment.
The role offers exposure across the full product lifecycle, from concept development through implementation and ongoing enhancement, while ensuring customer, regulatory, and operational considerations are appropriately addressed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of product strategies aligned with business objectives
- Contribute to the development and rollout of treasury and investment solutions across RM-assisted and digital self-service platforms
- Work collaboratively with Global Markets and potentially other partners to design and enhance product offerings to meet competitive requirements
- Partner with sales teams to support effective product launches and adoption
- Translate business and user requirements into clear, implementable workflows across front-end and booking platforms
- Identify process or system gaps (e.g. booking limitations, data inconsistencies) and contribute to improvement proposals or interim solutions
2. Platform, Projects & Digital Enablement
- Participate in relevant project streams and strategic technology initiatives, and must be able to provide detailed project and product requirements while being grounded in process design
- Gather and articulate customer/RM/segment-specific requirements with a focus on customer-centricity
- Participate in UAT activities, issue resolution, and support incident management where required
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance the bank’s digital wealth and treasury capabilities
3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Front Office Support
- Act as a point of coordination between Relationship Managers, product teams, operations, technology, and compliance functions
- Support the effective communication, prioritisation, and resolution of front office-related issues
- Assist in preparing clear and professional communications for clients and internal stakeholders during sensitive or time-critical situations
- Work constructively with stakeholders across functions to support delivery objectives
4. Risk, Compliance & Governance
- Support adherence of products and processes to regulatory, compliance, and internal governance requirements
- Contribute to the review and enhancement of product documentation, guidelines, and processes across pre-sales, execution, and post-sales stages
- Assist in identifying potential control gaps and escalating matters appropriately
- Support incident management, remediation activities, and root cause analysis as needed
5. Market Insights & Problem Solving
- Monitor industry trends, competitor developments, and product innovations relevant to treasury and cash equity products
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities to enhance product performance, efficiency, and client experience
- Apply structured problem-solving approaches in situations involving uncertainty or changing priorities
- Support cross-functional teams in translating analysis into actionable plans
Qualifications & Experience
Academic
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial services
- Strong working knowledge of treasury and cash equity products distributed to individual wealth customers
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: product management, front office support, operations, compliance, or platform delivery
- Exposure to wealth clients, investment products, or digital investment platforms is an advantage
