Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

  • Engage stakeholders to elicit, validate and prioritise business requirements.
  • Analyse to-be business and operational processes; perform impact assessments.
  • Define functional and non-functional requirements aligned to business objectives and control standards.
  • Assess initiatives, change requests, dependencies, risks and scope impacts.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications, process documentation and delivery artefacts.
  • Manage requirement-related risks, issues and scope changes.

Project Delivery & PMO Governance

  • Lead projects and workstreams from initiation through deployment and stabilisation.
  • Manage project plans, milestones, RAID, dependencies, governance forums and status reporting.
  • Maintain PMO governance across actions, risks, issues, decisions and change requests.
  • Coordinate Business, Technology and external partners to deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Provide status updates, escalations and decision points to senior stakeholders.

Testing, Implementation & Operational Readiness

  • Review test plan and functional test scope prepared by testing team
  • Support SIT and UAT, including defect prioritization, tracking and resolution

Vendor, Risk & Control Management

  • Coordinate vendors, implementation partners and service providers.
  • Support RFP activities, vendor evaluation, SoW governance and delivery tracking.

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in banking, consulting, project management, business analysis or transformation roles.
  • Proven experience in hybrid Project Manager / Functional Business Analyst role.
  • Strong track record managing complex initiatives and multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Knowledge of Strategic Branding, Corporate Communications, HR, Employee Experience or related functions advantageous.
  • Experience with HR systems, workflow platforms, content management or employee engagement platforms preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, PMO governance, change management, testing and implementation controls.
  • Experience in requirements analysis, process design, solution evaluation and impact assessment.
  • Experience managing vendors, SoW, procurement activities, RFP processes and delivery governance.
  • Strong understanding of operational risk, audit, compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Resourceful and hands-on with strong execution focus.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritise competing demands and deliver under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline.
