Job Responsibilities
The candidate will join Financial Strategy in the FTP space and play a key role in leading and executing FTP initiatives across the Group. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and reviewing the Group’s FTP outputs to ensure accurate allocation of funding costs, liquidity premiums, and interest rate risk in line with approved FTP methodologies and policies.
- Collaborating with CTU, Business Finance, Business units and FIM to execute and operationalize FTP methodologies
- Annual refresh of FTP parameters and documentation
- Advice Business Finance and Business Units on FTP implementation and methodologies
- Supporting and contributing to initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and Group Strategic objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or an equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector, with strong exposure to Funds Transfer Pricing, Treasury, ALM, Liquidity Risk, or Balance Sheet Management.
- Good understanding of bank balance sheets, funding structures, deposit and loan products, and internal pricing mechanisms; familiarity with liquidity risk frameworks is preferred.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proactive, meticulous, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline‑driven setting.
- Resourceful with strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with business, finance, and other stakeholders.
- Passionate about using data analytics and financial modeling to generate insights that support high‑quality decision‑making.
- Demonstrated leadership, influencing ability, and strong stakeholder management skills.
