Job Description
We are seeking a driven Digital Platform Manager to lead end-to-end platform development and operations for private bank capabilities on UOB TMRW - serving retail customers across the wealh continuum through seamless and reliable digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute initiatives and enhancements for Private Bank business.
- Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation to feature launch.
- Translate business needs into clear business requirements that support scalability and evolving customer demands.
- Partner Business, Technology and Legal & Compliance stakeholders to deliver initiatives on time, within budget and aligned to KPIs.
- Support end-to-end delivery including process design, operating model setup, UAT, training (Contact Centre/Branch), rollout planning and production validation.
- Manage platform configuration and feature parameters, ensuring accurate setup, optimization and controlled rollout of digital capabilities.
- Oversee day-to-day platform performance, actively managing customer issues and complaints to ensure timely resolution, while upholding strong governance and platform stability.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of Digital Banking or Platform management experience
- Strong understanding of private bank business, wealth products and digital customer journeys
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a mindset to challenge and improve existing processes
- Strong communicator with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
- Up-to-date with digital and mobile technology trends
