The Vice President, Placement Operations will lead the placement operations value-stream for Singapore Retail and the Asia Placement Hub portfolio, ensuring consistent, high-quality and well-controlled delivery across Singapore and our Kuala Lumpur Center of Excellence (CoE). • Drive continuous improvement and systems enablement initiatives, including data discipline, adoption, training, and UAT/change readiness support, delivering measurable improvements in SLA, quality, and risk outcomes.

What you need to have:

  • Strong experience in insurance/broking operations, specifically supporting placement and servicing workflows, with strong knowledge of Singapore market practices and operational controls.

  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including performance management, coaching, and capacity/workload planning.

  • Solid knowledge of P&C and Specialty products and placement processes, including reinsurance concepts and related operational/documentation requirements.

  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence and system initiatives, including adoption and data quality improvements.

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience leading cross-site or shared services delivery models and driving standardization across locations/teams.

  • Strong data-driven performance management capability (SLA/backlog/quality reporting, root cause analysis, and remediation planning).

  • Demonstrated strength in stakeholder partnership across Broking/Placement, Client Management, Finance, Compliance, Technology, and regional leadership.

Why join our team:
