Job Title: Vice President, Corporate & Industry Alliances
 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as Vice President, Global Telco CEO Alliance, a high-impact, strategic role within our Corporate & Industry Alliances team. This individual will be responsible for conceptualizing, operationalizing, and leading a global, invite-only alliance of Tier 1 telecom CEOs—positioning our organization as a convener of industry thought leadership and collaboration.

This role requires a rare blend of executive gravitas, program design expertise, and industry insight to engage the world’s leading telecom operators in shaping the mid- and long-term future of the telco landscape.

• Alliance Leadership: Launch and lead the Circles-led Global Telco CEO Alliance, an exclusive platform for Tier 1 telco CEOs focused on strategic industry challenges and forward-looking themes.
  
• Strategic Engagement: Build and maintain senior executive relationships with global telcos, acting as the primary point of contact and engagement driver for the Alliance.
  
• Program Design & Delivery: Develop the full program architecture, including value proposition, content strategy, membership model, communication plan, cadence of engagements, and flagship convenings.
  
• Operational Excellence: Establish governance, membership criteria, investment metrics, and program KPIs to ensure sustainable impact and long-term value creation.
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across internal teams—strategy, communications, marketing, and business development—to amplify the Alliance’s outcomes and relevance.
  
• Thought Leadership: Steer the creation of influential content, frameworks, and dialogue that advance the telco industry's evolution and strategic alignment.
  

• Education: Graduate from a top-tier institution; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 20 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in corporate strategy, industry alliances, fundraising, or C-suite engagement roles.
  
• Industry Background:
  
• Strong preference for experience in telecom, technology, or adjacent sectors
  
• Candidates from consulting (ex-MBB), large corporates, telco vendors, investment banks, or relevant industry associations are encouraged to apply
  
• Start-up exposure or global expansion experience is a plus
  
• Executive Presence: Able to confidently engage and influence CEOs and board-level stakeholders across geographies.
