Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technology Solutions VP to lead the analysis, solutioning, and delivery of strategic Digital Assets initiatives for the bank. The role will focus on Digital Custody, Tokenization, Digital Securities, Cryptocurrencies, Stablecoins, and emerging Digital Asset ecosystems.

The successful candidate will combine strong business domain knowledge with deep technology expertise to engage business stakeholders, lead a team of Business Analysts, evaluate industry solutions, and drive the selection and implementation of strategic platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business and technology solutioning for Digital Assets, Digital Custody, Tokenization, Digital Securities, and Crypto-related initiatives.

• Engage Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology stakeholders to shape business requirements and target operating models.

• Act as a subject matter expert on Digital Asset market infrastructure, custody operating models, wallet management, tokenization platforms, and blockchain-based solutions.

• Lead a team of Business Analysts, providing both functional and technical guidance.

• Drive vendor evaluations, RFPs, proof-of-concepts, and industry assessments.

• Build relationships with custodians, exchanges, fintechs, blockchain providers, and technology vendors to identify best-in-class solutions for the bank.

• Define future-state solution architecture, integration patterns, and implementation roadmaps.

• Lead programs from concept through implementation and production rollout.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Financial Markets Technology, Securities Services, or Digital Assets.

• Has working experience in the following:

  • Digital Asset trading solutions

  • Cryptocurrency

  • Tokenization

  • Stablecoins

  • Digital Custody Platforms

  • Blockchain-based Financial Market Infrastructure

• Proven experience leading solution architecture, business analysis, and platform implementation initiatives.

• Experience working with market infrastructure providers, technology vendors, and fintech partners.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
