Job Description

Job Summary
The Usage Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer engagement, enhance customer loyalty and more. This role involves identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships, as well as designing and implementing effective loyalty programs to maximize customer lifetime value.

Usage Partnership (Retail & Lifestyle)

  • Identify partnership opportunities within the retail and lifestyle pillar.

  • Drive end-to-end acquisition and onboarding of retail and lifestyle merchants to increase card spend, enhance customer engagement, and deliver a best-in-market experience for UOB Cardmembers.

  • Manage key merchants and strategic accounts across Singapore and the region.

  • Enhance competitive advantage by initiating and renewing year-long and tactical offers with merchants across the retail and lifestyle pillar, delivering differentiated and best-in-class deals.

  • Track performance, analyze sales, and continuously evaluate partnerships and campaigns. Execute campaigns to increase share of voice and market share.

  • Design effective communication strategies and work closely with internal stakeholders to identify new channels, while managing communications across all channels (ATL, BTL, and digital), including coordination with merchants for approvals.

  • Collaborate with the usage team and other UOB stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment on key initiatives and priorities.

  • Manage relationships with both external and internal stakeholders to support cross-functional initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years ears of related usage experience preferred.

  • Effective and clear communication skills, written and spoken.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Good presentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft words, PowerPoint and excel.

  • Knowledge of general banking operations.

  • Team player.
