JOB SUMMARY
Assist the Director of HR and Assistant HR Manager in the daily operations of HR Department. Ensure that the HR administrations are being adhered while maintaining a high degree of associates’ satisfaction. Assist in organising sports & recreational activities for the hotel.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare all relevant personal administrative work for commencement of new associates.
- Prepare monthly birthday cards.
- Assist on locker administration and monthly locker audits.
- Assist in co-ordinating and administering awards and other associates’ recognition programmes and related activities.
- Assist in preparing annual and/or monthly associates’ functions and activities.
- Maintain Club B2 facilities, e.g. Notice board, locker rooms, associates’ cafeteria, lounge, gym and other associate facilities.
- Arrange interviews for potential job applicants.
- Responsible for HR filings.
- Handle all HR enquiries.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the department from time to time.
