Responsibilities
- Monitoring high-volume live trading and portfolio risk
- Contributing to the automated trading operations codebase
- Managing ongoing projects with various Tower support teams
- Coordinating software and hardware upgrades
- Applying programmatic solutions to scale and expand trading operations
- Resolving discrepancies with trading positions, broker statements, and internal applications
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of professional experience in a related field, and a bachelor’s degree
- Scripting skills in Python
- Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail, strong communications skills, and experience making data-driven strategic decisions
- Ability to comprehend and diagnose problems in complex real-time systems with minimal guidance
- Capacity to work equally well independently and as a member of a team
- Strong understanding of trading technology and fluency in technical concepts
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities
