Supports APAC business management by partnering with trading teams, analyzing market structure and commercial opportunities, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing exchange and broker relationships, and developing recommendations, reporting, and scalable processes. The role focuses particularly on Japanese electronic trading markets, market access, clearing, liquidity, infrastructure, and regulatory developments.

Design and optimize high-frequency trading infrastructure, including exchange connectivity, market-data systems, trading simulations, risk tools, and performance tracking. Develop low-latency network and systems software, analyze market data, and build tools for identifying trading patterns. Candidates should have a computer science degree, C++ development experience, strong data structures and algorithms knowledge, and familiarity with high-throughput systems, Linux, and networking.

Monitor live trading and portfolio risk, develop automated trading operations software, coordinate software and hardware upgrades, manage cross-functional projects, scale trading operations through programmatic solutions, and resolve discrepancies involving trading positions, broker statements, and internal applications.

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for in-house trading applications, resolve complex production incidents, and partner with trading and engineering teams during market hours. Automate repetitive support workflows, modernize monitoring and alerting, oversee deployments and configuration changes, and participate in on-call support. The role requires Python and Bash scripting, Linux, SQL, Git, distributed-systems troubleshooting, and production engineering experience.

Operate and supervise automated trading strategies alongside quantitative traders and developers. Monitor production trading for risk, compliance, unusual behavior, and market conditions; troubleshoot daily trading issues; develop Python scripts and applications to automate trading infrastructure; analyze trades and market data; and support strategy improvements. The role requires an early-morning schedule aligned with market hours.

Designs, supports, monitors, troubleshoots, and optimizes high-performance, low-latency network infrastructure across co-location, data center, and office environments. Responsibilities include routing, switching, multicast, security, circuit migrations, market connectivity testing, infrastructure moves, vendor coordination, documentation, automation, and on-call network maintenance.

Manage end-to-end monthly multi-country payrolls for India and APAC, ensure tax and labor law compliance, produce payroll and benefits reports, coordinate with HR and vendors, maintain data integrity, support benefits enrollment and analytics, and serve as primary employee contact for payroll and benefits inquiries.

Supports day-to-day trading business operations, expands participation across crypto exchanges and liquidity venues, manages relationships with exchanges and financial counterparties, researches market trends and competitive intelligence, and maintains administrative records supporting trading activity.

Develop Python tools and full-stack workflows with quantitative researchers to evaluate and improve systematic trading strategies. Iterate rapidly on research processes, strengthen trading strategy performance, and gain exposure to large-scale systems, workflow orchestration, and production-grade software engineering in a collaborative quantitative finance environment.

Design, support, and operate HPC compute and storage across on-premises and cloud environments. Maintain large-scale Linux systems, troubleshoot OS/storage/networking and cluster scheduler layers, manage batch and containerized workloads (CPU/GPU), build HPC tools and observability pipelines, handle deployments and lifecycle, and automate repetitive workflows to improve cluster utilization and reliability.

Maintain and support order management and market data systems for electronic exchanges. Provide L1/L2 production support, monitor system health, coordinate with trading, risk, and compliance teams, architect reliability improvements, act as broker/exchange technical contact, and provide periodic after-hours coverage.

Lead and architect a low-latency, high-frequency cryptocurrency trading platform. Manage and mentor a distributed global engineering team, collaborate with traders and stakeholders, optimize network and systems performance, and build historical data and simulation systems to support trading strategies.

Manage daily procurement operations for APAC: create purchase orders, negotiate suppliers, oversee delivery logistics, ensure compliance, process invoices with finance, build stakeholder relationships, support APAC Procurement Manager and produce regional reports. Must be based in Singapore.

Develop Python tools for trading strategies, improve simulation frameworks, monitor research jobs, and collaborate with global research teams.
