Operate and supervise automated trading strategies alongside quantitative traders and developers. Monitor production trading for risk, compliance, unusual behavior, and market conditions; troubleshoot daily trading issues; develop Python scripts and applications to automate trading infrastructure; analyze trades and market data; and support strategy improvements. The role requires an early-morning schedule aligned with market hours.

Designs, supports, monitors, troubleshoots, and optimizes high-performance, low-latency network infrastructure across co-location, data center, and office environments. Responsibilities include routing, switching, multicast, security, circuit migrations, market connectivity testing, infrastructure moves, vendor coordination, documentation, automation, and on-call network maintenance.

Manage end-to-end monthly multi-country payrolls for India and APAC, ensure tax and labor law compliance, produce payroll and benefits reports, coordinate with HR and vendors, maintain data integrity, support benefits enrollment and analytics, and serve as primary employee contact for payroll and benefits inquiries.

Supports day-to-day trading business operations, expands participation across crypto exchanges and liquidity venues, manages relationships with exchanges and financial counterparties, researches market trends and competitive intelligence, and maintains administrative records supporting trading activity.

Develop Python tools and full-stack workflows with quantitative researchers to evaluate and improve systematic trading strategies. Iterate rapidly on research processes, strengthen trading strategy performance, and gain exposure to large-scale systems, workflow orchestration, and production-grade software engineering in a collaborative quantitative finance environment.

Design and build a scalable, reliable ML research platform supporting large-scale experimentation, distributed GPU training, experiment tracking, model/version/ artifact management, data pipelines, observability, and resource scheduling across HPC and multi-cloud environments while partnering with quantitative researchers.

Design, support, and operate HPC compute and storage across on-premises and cloud environments. Maintain large-scale Linux systems, troubleshoot OS/storage/networking and cluster scheduler layers, manage batch and containerized workloads (CPU/GPU), build HPC tools and observability pipelines, handle deployments and lifecycle, and automate repetitive workflows to improve cluster utilization and reliability.

Maintain and support order management and market data systems for electronic exchanges. Provide L1/L2 production support, monitor system health, coordinate with trading, risk, and compliance teams, architect reliability improvements, act as broker/exchange technical contact, and provide periodic after-hours coverage.

Lead and architect a low-latency, high-frequency cryptocurrency trading platform. Manage and mentor a distributed global engineering team, collaborate with traders and stakeholders, optimize network and systems performance, and build historical data and simulation systems to support trading strategies.

Manage daily procurement operations for APAC: create purchase orders, negotiate suppliers, oversee delivery logistics, ensure compliance, process invoices with finance, build stakeholder relationships, support APAC Procurement Manager and produce regional reports. Must be based in Singapore.

Develop Python tools for trading strategies, improve simulation frameworks, monitor research jobs, and collaborate with global research teams.

Develop and maintain internal systems and tools to automate production environments, build scalable web services, collect and visualize large data sets, support other technical teams, and implement innovations to improve trading infrastructure.
