Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for in-house trading applications, resolve complex production incidents, and partner with trading and engineering teams during market hours. Automate repetitive support workflows, modernize monitoring and alerting, oversee deployments and configuration changes, and participate in on-call support. The role requires Python and Bash scripting, Linux, SQL, Git, distributed-systems troubleshooting, and production engineering experience.

Operate and supervise automated trading strategies alongside quantitative traders and developers. Monitor production trading for risk, compliance, unusual behavior, and market conditions; troubleshoot daily trading issues; develop Python scripts and applications to automate trading infrastructure; analyze trades and market data; and support strategy improvements. The role requires an early-morning schedule aligned with market hours.

Designs, supports, monitors, troubleshoots, and optimizes high-performance, low-latency network infrastructure across co-location, data center, and office environments. Responsibilities include routing, switching, multicast, security, circuit migrations, market connectivity testing, infrastructure moves, vendor coordination, documentation, automation, and on-call network maintenance.
