  • Be our brand ambassador and transmit our brand values and culture to clients 

  • Contribute to the brand image of CHANEL as the ultimate House of Luxury 

  • Coach, share & demonstrate your knowledge in fashion, watches & fine jewelry 

  • Develop visibility & awareness within clients via participating to high jewellery events 

  • Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients and build emotional connections with them

  • Demonstrating high professional standards, personal commitment and passion for the brand 

  • Working in a highly collaborative environment  

  • Keeping yourself updated on latest styling trends and recreating them with CHANEL pieces, particularly with an eye on watch & fine jewellery 

  • Creating synergy effects between teams and elevating and aligning experiences level for fashion & watch & fine jewelry clients 

What you can bring to the team… 

  • Acts as primary mentor by supporting all Fashion Advisors in presenting watches as part of the CHANEL silhouette

  • Mentoring and, or coaching experience with leadership qualities is highly desirable to instill knowledge and developing growth mindset

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills 

  • Passion for luxury watches & fine jewellery, and fashion 

  • Exceptional client service with good service attitude 

  • Open & positive mindset 

  • Willingness to learn and being resilient
