Join our outstanding team at Micron as a Product Quality Assurance (PQA) Technician in Singapore and contribute to our world-class engineering efforts! This role offers an exceptional chance to collaborate closely with local and global collaborators and drive quality excellence in our products. 
Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Assist PQA engineer in managing quality deviation and drive for closure of corrective/preventive actions to drive for deviation reduction and continual improvement.
• Conduct inline assessment and validate corrective and preventive actions to drive inline and outgoing control to meet customers’ quality requirement.
• Monitor and keep track corrective action, prevention action and lesson learn fanout status.
• Use automation tool (Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau etc) to develop and enhance dashboards for quality metrics. 
• Establish standard operating procedure for quality related monitoring.  
• Perform Data Mining to identify quality improvement opportunities and assist PQA engineer in leading site quality improvement projects

Requirements: 

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift (including night shift).
• Proven experience in quality control within an engineering environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Excellent documentation and procedural development skills.
• Strong collaborative skills to work with diverse teams.
• Ambitious and diligent approach to uphold high standards of material quality.
• Ability to determine and successfully implement quality control protocols.
• Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence applications is a plus
