The Staff Logistics Analyst have to ensures on time, compliant, and cost effective movement of shipments across global sites. The role optimizes logistics processes and systems (SAP ECC / S/4HANA), drives analytics for visibility and decision making, and leads rapid issue resolution during time sensitive periods (e.g., quarter end). The analyst partners closely with carriers, 3PLs, IT teams, and global stakeholders to sustain network performance and enable continuous improvement. 

  • SAP Process Troubleshooting: Manage and advise on day to day operational SAP system issue to ensure shipment release within cut off and operational needs

  • SAP Process Ownership: 

    Champion change management, UAT, cutover readiness, and hypercare stabilization.

  • Carrier/EDI/API Integrations: Support FedEx ECSHIP, UPS PLD200, myDHL API, and related carrier integrations; resolve system errors. 

  • Analytics & Dashboards: 

    Build and automate dashboards (OTD, DIFOT, order cycle time, pick productivity, dock-to-stock, inventory accuracy, freight cost per kg/order, CO2e per shipment).

  • Governance & Change Management: Align with global standards, cascade new processes to business teams, and provide training. 

Job Requirements:

Work Experience:

- 5–8+ years end‑to‑end logistics experience, 3+ years on SAP S/4HANA.

preferably in Semiconductor / High Tech industry

Specific Knowledge:

- Proficiency in MM, SD, EWM, TM, IDoc/EDI.

Personal Traits

- Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management.

- Dedicated, can-do spirit with reasonable threshold for stress

Education:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Travel:

- up to 15% overseas travel requirement
