We are looking for a Technical Support Product Specialist with excellent communication and diagnostic skills.

As a technical support product specialist, you will required to perform the thorough product testing and evaluation, provide technical support, advice, and to provide solutions to consumers and businesses in regards to technical, hardware, and system issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct testing for new product/ software prior launching
  • Provide repair, service and customer support during onsite visit
  • Configuration of TV setup and other devices (i.e.; Android/ Apple devices)
  • Work independently to diagnose and troubleshoot any onsite issues that arises at customer's place
  • Record and update test report/ service report on a timely manner
  • In-house repair and maintenance of TV that is exchanged by customer
  • Support warehouse disposal activity
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Min 3 years of working experience as an onsite TV Technician or relevant experience
  • Singapore Class 3 driving license
  • Willingness to perform overtime work when required
  • Possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT, Electronics or equivalent.
