About the opportunity
This role exists to ensure a streamlined, efficient recruitment operations process supporting Ericsson's Talent Acquisition function. As a Talent Acquisition Operations Partner, you will coordinate and execute core recruitment operations activities such as requisition dispatch, interview scheduling, offer and contract management, background verification (BGV/Vetting), pre-onboarding/onboarding, employee registration and reporting.
You will work closely with Talent Acquisition partners, HR and business stakeholders to deliver a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers, while safeguarding compliance, data accuracy and timely support across all recruitment phases. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving HR and recruitment processes.
What you will do
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment operational processes in your assigned area (e.g. requisition dispatch, interview scheduling, offer desk, BGV/Vetting, pre-onboarding/onboarding).
  • Monitor SLAs and ensure all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time in line with standardized process guidelines.
  • Build and maintain effective communication with Talent Acquisition, HR and hiring managers, acting as the liaison for assigned processes and keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Manage candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and related platforms, ensuring completeness, accuracy and timely updates.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, employment laws and data privacy (e.g. GDPR) across all operational activities, maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Deliver a smooth, positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders through clear communication, timely updates and proactive support.
  • Identify and propose process improvements, participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions and stay updated on tools and trends in recruitment operations.

The skills you bring
Must-have
  • Experience in HR or recruitment operations, shared services or similar coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within defined SLAs.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and process compliance.
  • Effective communication skills and stakeholder management across HR, Talent Acquisition and business functions.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR tools (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, case management tools such as BMC).
  • Understanding of employment law, data privacy and confidentiality requirements relevant to recruitment operations.
  • Proficiency in English and Korean language for collaboration with local stakeholders.

Nice-to-have
  • Experience with background verification/vetting, offer and contract management and interview scheduling processes.
  • Exposure to SOX controls, audit requirements or HR-related financial and invoicing processes.
  • Experience creating administrative procedures and work instructions for HR or recruitment processes.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset with a track record of contributing ideas to optimize HR or recruitment operations.
