- Close feature gaps to enhance product maturity and competitiveness
- Apply AI/ML techniques to improve system performance and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with global R&D teams across time zones
- Debug and resolve performance issues using traces, KPIs, and system logs
- Contribute to L2/Scheduler feature development for Cloud RAN
- Contribute to system-level performance optimization
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
- Strong C/C++ programming skills
- Basic understanding of wireless communication or telecom systems
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) to collaborate effectively with global R&D teams
Nice to have:
- Experience in 4G/5G scheduler development
- Solid knowledge of 3GPP standards and end-to-end call flows
- Experience with performance-critical or real-time systems
- Debugging skills using traces and KPIs
- AI/ML applied software development experience
