Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
- Liaise with Recruitment Operations and internal stakeholders to support hiring activities and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Assist with screening resumes and arranging interviews based on hiring requirements.
- Work closely with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and support recruitment activities.
- Support employer branding initiatives and help promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as they arise ensuring our team remains agile and responsive.
- Preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setting (virtual and office).
