Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and employer branding. You will have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and gain practical experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and assist in initial candidate outreach and coordination
  • Coordinate interview arrangements by scheduling with candidates and liaising with hiring managers
  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including social media content and talent market research
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Assist in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition
  • Provide support for ad-hoc recruitment and HR projects as assigned

RequirementsRequirements
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactive mindset
  • Internship period: 3 to 6 months
