About the Role  

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented TA Intern to join our HR team in Singapore for a twelve-month full-time internship.  

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. You'll gain practical experience supporting end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple markets, with a particular focus on hiring for our WildBrain CPLG business across our APAC regions.  

Working on the Talent Acquisition team, you'll help identify great talent, coordinate recruitment processes and provide an excellent candidate experience while learning how recruitment operates within a global entertainment company. Throughout your internship, you'll receive hands-on mentoring from experienced Talent Acquisition professionals while gaining exposure to recruitment across multiple international markets within one of the world's leading entertainment companies.  

Job Description

Responsibilities   

As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll support recruiters across a variety of hiring activities, including:  

  • Supporting recruitment for roles across Asia, with a primary focus on hiring for our teams in China, Singapore and other APAC regions.  

  • Posting vacancies on external job boards including 51job, Liepin, LinkedIn and other relevant recruitment platforms and translating positing into local language, where applicable   

  • Creating and maintaining job postings within our Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters).   

  • Reviewing applications and conducting initial CV screening against hiring requirements.   

  • Shortlisting suitable candidates for recruiter review.   

  • Conducting initial candidate outreach and interview scheduling.   

  • Coordinating interviews across multiple time zones.   

  • Maintaining accurate candidate records within SmartRecruiters.   

  • Supporting recruiters with recruitment administration for all countries throughout the hiring lifecycle.   

  • Monitoring job advertisements and recommending improvements to increase candidate attraction.   

  • Assisting with talent sourcing using job boards, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.   

  • Helping deliver a positive, professional and timely candidate experience.   

  • Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers across different countries and cultures.   

  • Assisting with employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects as required.   

  • Translate English job postings into Chinese, ensuring accuracy and consistency in employer branding and messaging.  

Qualifications

Qualifications  

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.   

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is required.  

  • Interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.   

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.   

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.   

  • Confident working with different stakeholders across international teams.   

  • Proactive, eager to learn and takes initiative.   

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office.   

  • Previous internship or administrative experience is advantageous but not essential.
