How you succeed
Be on the forefront of Talent Acquisition Advisory to internal stakeholders and candidates, and ambassador of OCBC to talents.         
What you do

  • Provide advisory and manage talent pipeline to meet the needs of the business units;

  • Manage hiring including sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing salary proposals and onboarding.

  • Develop an effective working partnership with hiring managers to co-create a consistent and positive candidate experience

  • Present impartial views and manage the expectations of hiring managers and candidates;

  • Adopt a broad view of what is happening in the wider business and help brand OCBC to potential employees of the Bank.

  • Provide insights on hiring plans, market demands and to provide viable hiring solutions

Who you are

  • Experienced talent acquisition professional with a proven track record from an agency or in-house environment

  • Strong stakeholder management, to advise stakeholders on candidate pipeline and market dynamics

  • Collaborative team player, adaptive and resilient

  • Commercially savvy, while balancing innovation, risk management and operational goals
